Pricing
Two engagement shapes cover everything we sell: a fixed price for a defined outcome, or a per pod-day rate for genuinely fluid scope. Beneath them sits a catalogue of pre-scoped accelerators with published price bands in Australian dollars, pod sized and plan-templated before you sign.
The two shapes
Fixed price
A fixed price for a defined deliverable by a defined date. Used when scope is definable upfront and you want total cost certainty. The pod bears the delivery risk.
Pod composition
1–3 senior discipline experts + orchestrated agent capacity, declared in the proposal. A Test Expert (a senior QA practitioner embedded in the pod) is included in every outcome pod as standard.
Per pod-day
Priced per pod-day (one day of pod work, all-in) with defined composition. Used when scope is genuinely fluid. Sold as a short project for scope-fluid work, or as an Embedded Pod for ongoing presence.
Pod composition
Declared upfront. You see exactly who is working and how agent capacity is structured. The composition can be adjusted at weekly boundaries.
Discovery pod capacity pod, 3–5 days
A 3–5 day discovery pod bridges the two when scope needs scoping first. Output: a proper proposal for the main engagement — outcome or capacity.

A senior expert and orchestrated agent capacity, embedded in your team for a fixed term — priced per pod-day, with a minimum commitment.
