Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, known exceptions, and how to contact us about access barriers.

Kalpa Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as nterprise.ai) ("nterprise") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to continually improve the user experience for all visitors and apply relevant accessibility standards to our products.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 AA defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, covering visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

nterprise takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Accessibility is included in our design and development process from the outset.
  • We use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks to support screen reader navigation.
  • Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed the WCAG 2.2 AA minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Interactive elements are keyboard-navigable and have visible focus indicators.
  • Form inputs are associated with descriptive labels.
  • Images and non-text content include meaningful alternative text.
  • We conduct periodic accessibility reviews using automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manual testing with assistive technologies.

Conformance Status

The nterprise.ai website and dashboard are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address identified gaps.

Third-party content embedded in the Services (including payment forms and third-party analytics overlays) may not conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. We work with our third-party suppliers to encourage conformance but cannot guarantee their accessibility.

We target compatibility with the following assistive technology combinations:

  • JAWS + Chrome or Edge (Windows)
  • VoiceOver + Safari (macOS, iOS)
  • TalkBack + Chrome (Android)

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please send written details to our accessibility contact email above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a written response within 20 business days.

Assessment Approach

nterprise assesses accessibility through:

  • Self-evaluation — using automated tools including axe DevTools, Lighthouse, and WAVE;
  • Manual testing — keyboard-only navigation and screen reader testing on a quarterly basis; and
  • User feedback — incorporating accessibility reports from users.

We plan to commission an independent third-party accessibility audit in the 2025–2026 financial year.
