Methodology

You see the work record. Every business day.

Every engagement follows the same structure: a declared pod composition, a defined deliverable, and a daily artefact that proves what was done. The work record is the report.

Engagement shapes

Cost certainty, or flexibility: two ways to buy.

Each engagement shape carries a declared pod composition (1–3 senior experts plus orchestrated agent capacity) sized to the scope.

01

Fixed price

Outcome pod

A fixed price for a defined deliverable by a defined date. Used when scope is definable upfront and you want total cost certainty. The pod bears the delivery risk.

Pod composition
1–3 senior discipline experts + orchestrated agent capacity, declared in the proposal. A Test Expert (a senior QA practitioner embedded in the pod) is included in every outcome pod as standard.

Best for
Portals, integrations, migrations, dashboards — work whose shape is knowable before it begins.

02

Per pod-day

Capacity pod

Priced per pod-day (one day of pod work, all-in) with defined composition. Used when scope is genuinely fluid. Sold as a short project for scope-fluid work, or as an Embedded Pod for ongoing presence.

Pod composition
Declared upfront. You see exactly who is working and how agent capacity is structured. The composition can be adjusted at weekly boundaries.

Best for
Continuous output where the work direction shifts faster than a contract change-order can keep up.

Embedded Pod

capacity pod, ongoing tenure

Rolling engagement on a capacity pod. Same pricing, same pod-day rate, no fixed end date. Stop on one business day of notice.

Discovery pod

capacity pod, 3–5 days

Optional. Used only when scope genuinely needs scoping before a meaningful proposal can be made. Output: a proper proposal for the main engagement — outcome or capacity.

Pod composition
1 senior expert + orchestrated agent capacity focused on requirements synthesis and scope modelling.

Tenure

How ongoing relationships work

Ongoing client relationships are not assumed to be capacity engagements. Most are sequences of fixed-price outcomes — one accelerator, then the next, then the next. Same MSA, separate scope of work per engagement. The relationship is durable; every transaction is priced against a deliverable.

Capacity pods — including the Embedded Pod — exist for the work that genuinely cannot be fixed-priced. Operations, exploratory product work, modernisation programmes whose shape evolves. The pod is durable; the work stream is open-ended.

Four phases

Each phase produces a measurable artefact.

  1. 01

    Scope the outcome

A self-driven scoping session converts your request into a delivery brief: systems in scope, constraints, risks, and an explicit definition of done.

  2. 02

    Assemble the pod

A pod — one to three senior experts plus orchestrated agent capacity — works on your outcome only. Pod composition and pricing are stated before work begins.

  3. 03

    Ship evidence daily

Every working morning, before standup: committed code, passing tests, a live staging environment, and a written record of every decision. You read the work itself.

  4. 04

    Hand off cleanly

Accepted work transfers with code, runbooks, tests, and full repository history. You operate what was built without ongoing dependency on us.

Quality gates

Acceptance is concrete by design.

The pod moves quickly because behaviour, artefacts, and risks are inspected while the work is still cheap to adjust.

Production-shaped architecture before build

Automated tests on the behaviour that matters

Security and data-residency constraints checked early

Client acceptance recorded against concrete deliverables

Governed delivery

The governance spine, operationalised per engagement.

Every engagement runs on the same four-column governance spine, operationalised in the proposal before work begins.

Model

Which model does which work in this engagement, pinned by task type, with the swap path documented in the handoff package.

Cost

Agent capacity is metered per task inside the engagement; the pod-day price is all-in, and the cost instrumentation transfers to you at handoff.

Security

Data residency, retention, and access are defined in the proposal; every agent action in the delivery is logged and auditable.

Guardrails

What agents may touch is scoped in writing; senior experts hold the gates, and each gate's evidence requirement is named in the acceptance criteria.

The spine is the same one we publish as doctrine; the engagement is where it becomes enforceable.

How we govern adoption, in full

Value realisation

Value is measured, not asserted.

The value method runs inside the engagement, not after it.

  1. 01

    Baseline at scoping

The assessment or discovery pod records how the work runs today: cycle time, cost, error rate, volume.

  2. 02

    Instrument during delivery

The daily artefact carries throughput and cost per task alongside commits and tests.

  3. 03

    Attribute conservatively

Returns are credited in ranges, on your data, discounting savings that do not convert to capacity or output.

  4. 04

    Report at handoff and beyond

The handoff package includes the value statement against the baseline, in the numbers your board already uses.

Questions

The ones a CFO or client usually asks.

What does nterprise sell?
Working software. Portals, integrations, migrations, dashboards, and automations. AI is how the work is delivered, not what the client is asked to procure.
Who is this built for?
Technology leaders — CTOs, COOs, and IT directors — who require production-grade delivery without the ramp time, contract weight, or status cadence of a traditional consultancy.
What happens in the assessment?
A self-driven assessment converts your request into a delivery brief. You leave with a fit decision, a first-cut scope with costs, named risks, and pod composition stated explicitly. Free, no commitment to proceed.
What happens after the assessment?
A proposal — outcome pod or capacity pod — with scope, price, sequencing, pod composition, and operational-fit recommendation lands within 24 hours. If the engagement is right, the pod forms and begins on the next business day.
Do clients adopt your platform?
No. Every engagement is delivered independently of any platform we operate. The code, the tests, and the runbooks belong to you from day one.
Which disciplines are in scope first?
Custom TypeScript and React systems, ServiceNow extensions, the Microsoft estate across Power Platform / Azure / M365, Salesforce extension work, and Applied AI builds on the Anthropic and OpenAI stacks.
What is out of scope?
Native mobile, model training, blockchain, hardware, pure strategy, and engagements that require AI tooling to be blocked at the client edge.
How do you prove progress?
Committed code, passing tests, a live staging environment, and a written daily update. You inspect the work itself, every working day.
Where does client data live?
Engagement artefacts live in the project repository and the platform database. Client production systems are not mirrored. Residency is captured in the scope, not assumed.
Outcome pod or capacity pod — which fits?
Outcome pod when scope is definable upfront and you want total cost certainty: fixed price, fixed deliverable, fixed date. Capacity pod when scope is genuinely fluid: continuous output, defined composition, stop on a business day of notice. Ongoing client relationships are usually a sequence of outcome pods, not a single capacity engagement. The assessment recommends the shape that fits.
How do you govern what agents can access?
Access is scoped in the proposal, per engagement: which systems, which environments, which data. Agents operate within those permissions, every action is logged, and senior experts hold the gates where money, legal exposure, or client-visible actions are involved. The access map is part of the handoff package.
How do we report value to the board?
Against a baseline, in your numbers. The engagement records how the work ran before the build, instruments throughput and cost per task during delivery, and hands over a value statement stated conservatively against that baseline. The format is built to be forwarded, not translated.
